The site previously included a six-tenant retail center and offered a 7% dividend backed by Kohl’s BBB credit, all within a designated Opportunity Zone. Property was purchased in 2021 and planned to open in 2027 as a mixed-use redevelopement with a hotel and condominium.
This mixed-use redevelopment opportunity in Downtown Napa includes plans for an upscale, STR-rated hotel with up to 161 rooms, complemented by a ground-floor restaurant, rooftop patio and bar, spa, and event space. The project also features 78 market-rate branded condominium residences serviced by the hotel, with the option for short-term rental use. Designed with a strong emphasis on placemaking, the development will offer tree-lined pedestrian streets, outdoor plazas, and gathering spaces, along with a central pedestrian corridor connecting Main Street to First Street Napa.
