Plaza West Shopping Center

Plaza West a 62,558 square foot Harris Teeter grocery store anchored shopping center was acquired by ZR Plaza West in 1999. Since its acquisition minor renovations have been completed, new tenants have been secured and an out parcel was created that is now occupied by a Sonic restaurant.

The site is strategically located in densely populated Western Raleigh at the edge of the City of Cary. More than 25,000 vehicles per day pass Plaza West, as traffic converges on the property’s frontage along Western Boulevard and the traffic light controlled intersection of Jones Franklin Road and Buck Jones Road. North Carolina State University (enrollment 23,000+ students) is located nearby.
