The Central is located at the front door of the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill on East Franklin Street. As one of the largest buildings in the area, The Central is an integral part of downtown Chapel Hill as it is home to multiple departments of the University of North Carolina, contains the largest pharmacy next to campus, has a 300-space parking garage, and acts as the main pathway that connects the University to Rosemary Street. This is a centrally located mixed-use building.
