The National Register Historic Gordon Building is a two-story, 20,000 SF structure located at the northeast corner of First and Coombs Streets in Downtown Napa, California. Featuring a decorative commercial façade, the building underwent a full historic rehabilitation in 2019, which included the restoration of its historic façade, lobby, interior elements, and structural components. The building accommodates multiple retail tenants on the first floor and office space on the second floor. Current tenants include Anthropologie, Chateau Buena Vista, and Earth and Sky Chocolate. Originally constructed between 1929 and 1935, the building is a striking example of Spanish Colonial Revival architecture with Spanish Renaissance detailing. It is adjacent to First Street Napa and the 183-room, four-star Archer Napa boutique hotel. Zapolski Real Estate and Trademark Property Co. acquired the historic Gordon Building on November 1, 2013.
