The National Registered Historic Gordon Building is a two-story, 20,000 SF building on the northeast corner of First and Coombs Streets in Downtown Napa, California, featuring a decorative commercial façade. In 2019 the building has undergone a full historic rehabilitation including restoration of the historic façade, lobby, historic interior elements and structural elements. The building can accommodate up to 2 full-service restaurants and/or multiple retail on the first floor and second floor office. The building was originally constructed in 1929/1935 and is a handsome example of Spanish Colonial Revival styling with Spanish Renaissance details. Adjacent to First Street Napa and the 183-room four-star full-service boutique hotel, the Archer Napa. Zapolski Real Estate and Trademark Property Co. acquired the historic Gordon Building in downtown Napa on November 1, 2013.
